• Short term disability
  This Company sponsored program provides a weekly benefit if you are unable to work due to a non-work related illness or injury.


• Long term disability
  This Company sponsored program provides a monthly benefit and coordinates with state disability and other resource programs if you are unable to work due to a non-work related illness or injury.


• Life Insurance
  This Company sponsored benefit provides Term Life and AD&D Insurance. In addition, employees can purchase optional life insurance for themselves and their eligible dependents.


• Flexible Spending
  The flexible spending - Section 125 Plan allows employees to put their own money away for medical expenses or dependent care. This deduction is pre-taxed and deducted from each paycheck.


• 401(k)
  BERCHTOLD offers a pre-tax 401 (k) Plan & Trust which allows employees to save for their retirement with their pre-tax dollars. Employees who elect to participate receive 50% matching on their contributions up to the first 6% and are fully vested after four (4) years of service.


• Paid Time Off
  BERCHTOLD may recognize up to eleven (11) eight (8) hour holidays each year. BERCHTOLD offers paid vacation time based upon years of service with the company.


• Health Club Memberships
  BERCHTOLD provides an annual subsidy to regular full-time employees to offset the cost of health or fitness club memberships.


• Education Assistance Program
  BERCHTOLD offers an Education Assistance Program to regular full time employees to offset their tuition costs for undergraduate degree programs.


• Discounts from Verizon Wireless
  BERCHTOLD employees are eligible to receive a corporate discount on their cellular service with Verizon Wireless. This discount program is available to new or existing Verizon customers.


• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  BERCHTOLD offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist employees and their families with areas such as counseling, parenting, care giving, college planning, financial and legal advice.


• Employee Travel Compensation
  BERCHTOLD provides a highly competitive compensation package and travel expense reimbursement.
